We recognize each child as an individual with specific talents, needs, and a style all his own. Our seasoned teachers partner with parents to support their child's cognitive, physical, language, social, emotional and creative development. We are proud of our low staff turnover and our strong reputation in the community for providing more than thirty years of quality care to young children.

Learning Through All Five Senses
At Rockland Day Care, children learn by doing and are inspired through music, art, movement, stories and rich educational materials that promote their individual development and uniqueness. Whether it's banging a drum, painting at the easel, working in the garden or playing with friends, children are exploring and learning about the world around them in real and meaningful ways.

Children with Special Needs
We are experienced at helping parents identify developmental challenges in children. We provide confidential referrals and help families navigate the maze of assessments, forms, committee meetings and therapy schedules.
Therapists are welcome at our center and our teachers work closely with them to ensure that children meet their
educational goals. We attend Committee on Preschool Education (CPSE) meetings to support parents when it is time to review their child's progress.
